Vindicate Auto Inc Service Agreement

By scheduling an appointment with our mobile mechanic service, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Authorization

The customer authorizes the technician to inspect, diagnose, and/or repair the vehicle as requested. Any additional repairs outside the original estimate will require customer approval before work begins.

2. Diagnostic Service

Diagnostic fees cover the time, expertise, and equipment required to determine the cause of a vehicle concern. The diagnostic fee is separate from the repair cost and is non-refundable, regardless of whether repairs are performed.

3. Parts

  • Parts supplied by our company include the manufacturer's warranty where applicable.
  • Customer-supplied parts are installed without any warranty, expressed or implied.
  • The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that any customer-supplied parts are correct for the vehicle. Additional labor charges may apply if incorrect parts are provided.

4. Warranty

  • Labor performed by our company is covered by a 90-day workmanship warranty.
  • Parts supplied by our company are covered by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty, unless otherwise stated.
  • Warranty does not cover abuse, neglect, accidents, misuse, or failures caused by unrelated vehicle issues or customer-supplied parts.

5. Estimates

All estimates are based on visible conditions and the information available at the time of inspection. Additional repairs may become necessary once work has begun and will be discussed with the customer before proceeding.

6. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be communicated before the appointment.

7. Appointment & Cancellation

Customers are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled appointment time. Cancellation or rescheduling should be made as early as possible. A service call fee may apply if the technician arrives and the appointment cannot be completed due to customer-related circumstances.

8. Safe Working Environment

The customer agrees to provide a safe and legal location for repairs. The technician reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if the work environment is unsafe or violates local laws or regulations.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our company is not responsible for pre-existing vehicle conditions, hidden defects, or failures unrelated to the repairs performed. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from vehicle breakdowns or component failures beyond the scope of the authorized repair.

10. Customer Acceptance

By booking an appointment or authorizing work, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Service Agreement.
