Terms & Conditions

Customer-Supplied Parts & Fluids Policy

We understand that some customers choose to supply their own parts or fluids in an effort to save money. While we strive to provide the best value and stand firmly behind our workmanship, customer-supplied items introduce variables that are outside of our control.

Policy Terms

Please review and acknowledge the following terms when supplying your own parts or fluids:

Responsibility for Correctness

By supplying my own parts and/or fluids, I understand that I am fully responsible for their correctness, quality, and compatibility, including any labor required if the supplied items are incorrect or fail.

Labor Charges Apply

If the supplied parts are incorrect, defective, incomplete, or insufficient to complete the repair, all labor charges will still apply, including any additional labor required as a result.

Delay Charges

If incorrect or missing parts cause delays that affect scheduled appointments for other customers, additional charges may apply for the time lost or delays incurred.

No Warranty on Customer Parts

Repairs performed using customer-supplied parts carry no warranty on parts or labor.

Warranty Claims

Any warranty claims related to customer-supplied parts or fluids are strictly between the customer and the manufacturer or seller of those items.

Acknowledgment & Agreement

By authorizing repairs with customer-supplied parts or fluids, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.

Important Notice

For your protection and peace of mind, we strongly recommend using OEM or quality aftermarket parts purchased and installed by Vindicate Auto Inc. This ensures proper fitment, quality assurance, and comprehensive warranty coverage on both parts and labor.
